Thanks guys. Sorry I hadn't responded earlier, but my RSS feed wasn't picking up any updates to this blog, so I thought it had just gone quiet for a while. Now I have some catching up to do. In the mean time, 40 is starting to get a little smaller in the rear-view mirror :-(
